Vykosa used to apply Major maim back when it actually was a MAJOR debuff that nerfed damage with 30%
Now it nerf dmg with a 430 with a 50% uptime under ideal situations... Greeeat.... yeah nobody will use that.
Bloodspawn was great for DK tanks then..
Reduced the armor granted from this set to 3300, down from 6450.
Reduced the Ultimate on proc to 8, down from 14.
Reduced the duration and cooldown to 5 seconds, down from 6 seconds.
Stonekeeper used to return 5350 magicka, stam and healing now you get 2480 back
Lord Warden used to give 2975 physical and spell resistance now 1487 instead
It has just been 1-2 years of making life of Tanks harder and harder.
Our Buffs, our Monster Sets, now Action cost and mitigation has been a downhill battle for a long time.

Well in PvE a 430 damage dot per 8 seconds helps when a tank is no tmwrely tanking and in pvp if I'm not wrong it should be halved two times due battle spirit and players' resistances so it's in the range of 100 x8.

Tanks can get Minor Main from Heroic Slash, which also gives you Minor Heroism. And Diseased is not that significant for a boss. There are so many better sets than Thurkovun for damage and tanking, Tremorscale being one of the more obvious.
I remember the old Thurkovun in PVP in keep fights. It was nasty. Pretty useless now

Couldn't control my laughter when ZOS said Thurvokun would scale with max health now. Oh boy, instead of literally 12.5 damage per second against players that don't move for 16s, now we'll have FIFTEEN! Call in the army folks, tanks have gone too far, they must be stopped at all costs. Just give its old uptime back or slap some useful debuffs on so that I can actually use it for something.
Thurvokun is a complete and utter dumpster fire
I used to use it on my templar tank to justify not running Heroic Slash as Templar tanks have severe skill slot economy issues.
Then they made the uptime not 100% anymore, completely ruining the point of running it.
I couldn't care less about the minor defile because nothing in PvE really heals and in PvP you have better sources available - sources that you can't just walk out of.
After the nerfs to minor maim and defile, can it at least have the 100% uptime again?

First time the damage went from 400 to 100 so 75% nerf. I mean how hard is to revert to the original small dot of 400? Why always huge nerfs.
