    that isn't THEIR fault if your email provider is classing the emails as spam and won't let you reply that problem is on YOUR side....

    This is incorrect, use gmail or hotmail (or your own provider) to email a test email to eso_help@helpmail.elderscrollsonline.com right now. Their email server bounces any inbound email, as their email server is blacklisted on the email blacklist they use (Spamhaus).

    I'll agree that they need to streamline the spam report process, and make it less of a hassle for players to report spam. Both the actual report and the emails.

    As for your Q4 though - it's to make sure the player knows the response was received.
