    Worse.

Before I could get a zombie down in one take. Now most of the time it takes at least 2 or 3 attacks before they're dead

I dare not test on a dummy yet, but before the update I had about 25-30k dps on a 300k dummy, and about 19k on a 3mil(?) one

But then again, I'm only cp 941, so that might be the reason why

I only did 1 parse, with the same gear and skillet as before the update, and an quick sertup from alcast cp. I did 82k dps. Before the patch i had 96k dps on an magsorc.

    52k to => 47k on 3m dummy.

But HP from 21 to => 27, so no really as bad.

Just can HP=> to mana if i want for more DPS.

But it feels OK in fights, so lazy to change anything :)

    It's lower.

I lost 8k on the trial dummy.
Percentage-wise, I lost more on the 3mil (I lost 8k there, too counter-intuitively), because sustain has gotten way worse on dummies.

Paradoxically, in actual 4-persons content, I did not lost that much, and I'm pretty close to were I was pre-patch, since the siphoning cp star actually increased my sustain big time, via the return on the adds (most bosses have those).

In trial, it's hard to say how it will go. I might not be the one that delivers the killing blows to the adds, so, sustain could go either way.

Now, I still miss the following passives
    1. 30% increased chance of applying a status effect (less burn dmg)
    2. 1040 max magicka
    3. 100 spell damage.

Not enough to get back to where I was on parses, but still something to improve.

Huge boost to spell damage and magicka.

Damage stayed the same lol even after assigning my CPs.

Yes, it feels good on 1400 CP, but if I would be 810 CP i will be more unhappy about DPS.

    It is true.

My magden did more damage and my stamsorc was gutted. I will need to rebuild the sorc some probably... My stamsorc was spamming whirling blade with selene's and I think I'll have to change to hidden dagger or whatever it is and a new monster set on him.

hidden dagger is fun. one more is a insta gap closer and the other one bounces... both are fun

On my bow/bow stamsorc it's higher by maybe 10% but that may be due to speccing more toward damage in the CP tree and less mitigation since I don't have enough CP (450) to spec both any longer.

On my stamblade and magcro i lost about 9k(from 102k) and 5k(from 101k) respectively on dummy parses, did the parses with so called sub-optimal gear and im cp 950, so missing a bunch of damage from those. In content it feels exactly the same as before. The extra hp gives people a crazy confidence boost tho, which is nice. Overall a patch where i can't yet find the "gotcha"

If I dummy... less. In game, ignoring numbers, stuff still dies and doesn't take all day. As far as I'm concerned if it's dead, that's a win.

Do not CP give enough sustain now ?

Drinks or food for for regen and + cp for regen ?

To much HP, is not it possible to use it for another food as example ?

Or problem even with such changes ?

Iam no meta build so sustain is good, i have to much HP that i do not know how to reput it in dps, because i do not need MP regen :)

But for DK who will play with ultimate spam , in this patch with ultimates support sets sustain will not be problem too.

So really interesting, is it food that give just a loooooot of MP only or some MP + crit ? :)

At CP 850 and 25% dps loss. I was on PTS and know how it works. It is very noticeable in dungeons.

I came back because I heard there was a big change. Last parse was July 2020 at 32k DPS on the 3M dummy. 520CP, low/mid tier gear (BH/Basic Rele/Vele). Came back yesterday, checked alcast's website to see how I should setup my CP, be rather rusty/unlucky with my rotation, and had 30k DPS. I'm sure I can hit 32k+ again if I bothered to try and be 100% perfect.

On the plus side, I've seen a small boost to stamina and a decent boost to HP.

mSorc on trial dummy down by about 15% using the same gear and build I used pre patch (1 heavy, 1 med, 5 light: Zaan, Siroria, MS, vMA backbar, 2x fire staffs). Switched to full 7 pc light body armor, Siroria daggers front bar, and Backstabber CP, dps went up and loss at about 10%.

~100k pre patch, now ~90k. I'll mess around with build and CP later to see if I can get higher, but for now I don't care bc that's enough to still clear vet trials and HMs, and I have a bunch of other chars I need to adjust.

Sustain is a bit worse, but not horrible.

Will test my 100k+ stam dps once I farm up the new dungeon for gear. If it's 90k+, I won't mind.

So far that I've measured at CP 768 or so

    - proc set based nord warden tank - no change
    - stamwarden - dps seems about the same after some adjustment and guesswork with the CP setup, I suspect healing from lotus is down but no easy way to measure
    - orc stamplar is down a chunk but not really played enough at fixing the sustain mess and I need to drop the health with a respec before I retest

Most obvious things so far for stuff I've actually changed is
    - no point putting any points in health any more except maybe for tank
    - sustain is massively over-nerfed so everything seems to need infused recovery jewellery and sustain boosting food not max boosting food.

I don't do much dummy bashing so not sure how relevant my imput will be. Pre patch on my magplar I was hitting low 50's on the raid dummy.
Parsed yesterday and hit low 50's again. Only difference was new cps and I used eyebowl food.

About 5% DPS loss here on a Stam sorc, 1100 CP.

With the bump to health you can use Max resource + Regen food and remove basically all resource sustain from your bars.

I am scared to try my Magplar...

Down ~17% at moment still wearing 5-1-1 armor setup, from ~102k to ~85k atro parse // Magsorc

After switching to full 7L, I expect the loss to be ~15% or maybe even bit lower. (as in better)

CP 1510 so have all the blue tree dps buffs, so more cp won't close the gap any further for raw dps, just QoL and more defensive slot options.

Not going to parse until the dust settles a bit and we see what's what. Parsing for 3 days to determine the optimal CP setup and gear combo is something I will leave to the likes of Liko and Company.

In content (ran the two new Vet dungeons and Icereach HM last night), my damage is definitely down around 10%, but that sort of thing is hard to quantify with so many moving parts. I was between 100 and 105K on my two primary mag classes (sorc and necro), guessing both are under 100 at this point, but that is speculation.

On the plus side, sustain feels better, but probably because I had 22k health in parse food. LOL.

Actually feels better to me but I haven't done rigorous controlled dummy testing or anything like that.

I think for a mid-level player like me the ease of sustain probably makes more difference than the meta shift on high end gear and crit etc, because previously I was only a couple of miscasts away from screwing up my whole rhythm and running out of resources, and compensating for that would have required sacrificing stats.

Anyway, it's not like you needed the extra 5k when you were already doing 100k ;)

On bow-bow stamblade, I went from 80k on the 21m dummy to 65k. Not happy about it, considering other builds are reporting they've only lost between 3k and 10k dps. The nerf to Snipe was overdone.
