I am posting this for awareness and because I am sick and tired of having this problem. Submitted Ticket(s) to Support and using the Devs Feedback Link.

Basically, the problem itself is inverse now. Whereas before, the starter quest provided the Agra Crum and then sends you after Uzdabikh's Helm, well now neither of these items show up on their mantle(s), not even if you already have turned them in and were there before the March 8th patch. I even took a different character that had not started the relic hunter quest and I could not turn in either item proper though the quest completed. They both just disappeared with that yellow light glowing at you. Also, neither appear as being completed on the list.

With that said, my old character has gone thru Wrothgar like 5 or 6 times now to gather the zone relics for turn in. Those turn in now and the achievement marks them on the list. Obviously this character has done the starter quest and ... now the Agra Crum and Uzdabikh Helm do not appear on the mantles and I do not get credit for them on the achievement list.

So now we have an inverse of the original problem and the initial two quest relics are holding me up from finishing this achievement, even though I've already done 90% of all Wrothgar content and everything else has finally dropped off the achievement list.

Also, a special Thank You to the Dev Team for addressing this issue and making it a priority. We do Thank You once again for trying to help resolve this however unfortunately the issue is still not completely resolved.
