How to report a player with symbols on his account name?

I heard now tbagging is bannable if you ask the person who did it to you to stop and you don't want to do again.

But how do i report those guys with 25 different special characters in their account name?

I thought account name was only possible with letters and numbers and standard keyboard symbols like dot and comma.

I always find those guys with impossible to type account names to harass and grief or do bannable action.

Using the ingame report tool you are forced to put the other person account name, but I can't in the case of those individuals.

Any help?
