names of the fallen and & cadwell's gold bug

I missed doing names of the fallen quest, and i did try clicking on the dead bodies, which did no good, so it wasn't done. I did complete the other side quest & the main quest, but now Caldwell doesn't recognize me as having done it and sent me to the very start, bleak isle, which is marked as complete. I tried repair and that didn't work. SO, what can be done?
