Gifting Message Bug

Gifting has been unlocked on my Account for a while but everyday I still get the “Gifting Unlocked” message in my mail. Why do I need to know everyday that gifting has been unlocked? I have unlocked and have sent gifts. I know, please stop spamming me.

    I get the same message on each of my characters every day. Please let me know how to turn this off!!

    Might be related to the gifting not unlocking on new accounts bug. Only fix I've ever heard of is writing support and getting them to fix it manually.
