What's the worst gear grind you've ever done in ESO?

I have around 60 perfected VMA weapons, including a few gold VMA inferno from leaderboard rewards, but not a single elemental succession inferno...No improvement on Cyrodill servers -> no ESO plus renewal.0 -
Pauwer✭✭✭✭✭I used to want bone pirate bow years ago. Endless grind of that worst dungeon of all times. To this day aint seen it. I don't want it anymore, but i think they left it out of the game in my copy.0 -
xericdx✭✭✭Coming back to ESO and discovering that MA weapons were not upgraded, flashbacks to my first runs and drear of fighting RNG again (even if nowadays it will be easier with the transmute...those memories...)

✭✭I gave up on the BSW Inferno staff after about 60 runs. I've also given up on Combat Physician and Ice Furnace lightning staffs after similar (unsuccessful) grinds.
Despite that, the most baffling has been the grind for any Overwhelming Surge staffs at all. I think I've deconstructed about 20 Overwhelming Surge rings and I've never seen a single staff drop of any type.0 -

I've done this dung over 150 times and collected all my loot info into excel spreadsheet to check how the rng works there what parts have lowest drop rates, which traits and so on and so on. After 150 runs I haven't dropped A SINGLE DESTRO staff from this set, after about 2-3 weeks I gave up and never went back to this dung.Say no to Toxic Casuals!

"Difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 24 DLCs. 40 game changing updates including A Realm Reborn-tier overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. Scardan✭✭✭✭✭Forgotten Crypts. Only one MS lightning staff and lot of MS one-handed axes in 4 hours (I was looking for flame staff). It ended with one guild member gifting me one MS flame staff and I just bought another one from a guild store for 80k.
Can't wait for Maelstorm Arena grind.Let's be extremely precise in our use of terms.0 -
