Fix Cyrodil, BAD IDEAS ONLY!

    Add summoning scrolls that initiate a count down before a "Raid" boss and retinue spawns to defend the keep. E.g. Titan spawns and attacks seige proximity and enemies like a Dragon with lesser mini bosses holding the Keep from intruders

    Add barriers or place-able objects to block LOS, movement and damaging objects (spikes) that lash out like those plants.... their duration is the term of the seige unless destroyed by invaders ...

    Isolate keeps into closed circuit travel groups i.e. from base camp to X number of keep before you have to land move to other closed circuit transit circuits; unless you use a Keep stone that it's where ever friendly owned destination.

    Add the poison cloud mechanic from that one trial (the one that periodically bugs out and infects Belkarth) to a single random NPC Guard in Cyrodiil. See where it goes from there.

    Snipe does 100% damage for bosmer's
    200% more when hidden. ( U can use cloak, portions etc to remain hidden)

    Create world bosses in Cyrodiil. Every now and then they would start a siege of their own on some keep and take it over, if there isn't any resistance to defend it. The world bosses hordes would render the keep "neutral" and take it as a new home, until it gets cleared by players again.

    Example world bosses:
    - An imperial general and his army
    - The giant village near bleaker? A huge giant appears and decides his giants have enough of the constant fighting there
    - Godzilla, including radiactive rays crushing keep walls!

    1. Mounts and Steed Mundus can't be used except in areas where your faction has control.

    2. Cyrodil is now PVE only. PVP is only in Battlegrounds
    2a. Imperial City? What Imperial City?

    3. Molag Bal randomly spawns in the faction that is too powerful.

    Random delves instead have deadly rabbits instead of the regular boss mobs. Holy Hand Grenades are not optional.

    It's not fair that ball groups are confined to using mostly magic specs so we should make the Duel Wield Ulti a high damage version of Blade Cloak, or in other words: an Eye of the Storm for stam users. Then ball groups could run people over spamming that and spin to win. Would add 100% more variety to ball group DD options.

    Have Cryodiil have like, Imperials, who are fighting for THEIR country. They could be super jacked up NPC mobs that are capable of absolutely SMASHING all but the most powerful of groups. They will retake keeps, (after which the keep is a regular npc held keep), and if they take the entire inner circle, they spawn Varen Aquilarios, the Harbinger of Doom for all the mortals of Cyrodiil!

    Add a stacking 100 meter diameter unbreakable 20 second stun to any purge or radiating regeneration cast in a group.

    Add a mythic that allows proc sets to automatically double crit on light attacks.

    Proximity Detonation now causes violent unclenchable diarrhea, out of game.

    Jumping costs health.

    Spawn three separate Volundrung-style weapons concurrently, one axe, one hammer, one greatsword.

    Unfair on magicka toons, spawn a staff, too. Except it does less damage, because ~ranged~.

    The current list of non-proc sets (e.g. it turns out TBS and NMA are actually proc sets) opens up new programming pathways to explore! For example we could add more essential calculations to improve Cyro performance:
    "Is an activated skill active?"
    "Was the previous light attack light, medium, or heavy?"
    "Before activating the 5-piece set bonus check if the player is wearing armor".
    "Is the character's HP over zero when they are walking around?"
    "On each activated skill, check if the player is logged in"
    "Before activating a proc set, check if the player has slotted skills"
    "Before capturing a keep, check if the player is affiliated to an alliance"
    "On every step the player makes, check if they are a player or NPC".

    P sure all of these are actually implemented in the game btw :D

    Limit the number of siege on the ground to 9 per faction (including oils). Touching any siege engine but a ram adds grand super major defile to your character for 5 minutes. Buff O-ticks by 300 percent.

    AP farmers can roll empty keeps all day
    I mean: it will discourage faction stacking.

    u mean adie from the bad ideas zeni does, ok.

    Each faction has a manpower limit of 200 everytime someone dies they loose one point in that limit, if it reaches 0 they have lost and none of said faction can reenter the instance till reset.
