Introduce a powerful artifact that will randomly spawn on the map. This item will be OP and can knock down walls in about 20 seconds. This artifact can be used by anyone, but will end up in the hands of whichever alliance is currently dominating the map,

What? It'll be great. We'll all be in PUG raids, with a few players dropping out for small scale and solo play, just like ZOS seems to want with their previous "behavioral changes."
