I disagree. The person who pays when listed on the guild shops is the seller. The person who pays for COD 'tax' should also be the seller.
But I brought a few items, where the selling would charge me a TAX if it was a COD which is fair (if told in advance)
I do this but lets say you send an item for 2200 gold, you add the 450 gold CoD and now it becomes 2200+550 because as you add on the CoD, the Tax goes up so you end up out of pocket unless you factor into you initial price. I think the CoD charges are way way too much but I expect they did this to rail road everyone into actual interaction via trade.
