Mail charges should be added to players receiving the COD Mail not the sender.

I disagree. The person who pays when listed on the guild shops is the seller. The person who pays for COD 'tax' should also be the seller.

But I brought a few items, where the selling would charge me a TAX if it was a COD which is fair (if told in advance)

I disagree. The person who lists it should pay a small listing fee. The person who buys it should pay a small tax (much like GST). That way the weight of the gold sink is distributed evenly.

Some people just add the COD fee into the total before sending too.

I do this but lets say you send an item for 2200 gold, you add the 450 gold CoD and now it becomes 2200+550 because as you add on the CoD, the Tax goes up so you end up out of pocket unless you factor into you initial price. I think the CoD charges are way way too much but I expect they did this to rail road everyone into actual interaction via trade. Whats even worse is the Tax on Guild Stores which even rivals the Tax that the Tories force on us here in the UK!

then i CoD items i honestly dont mind paying a small fee, its not as bad as people make it seem.
