Psijic Order skill line:
— Time stop – too slow and easy to escape for a such small duration of 2 sec. (or 5 sec duration, or 1 sec casting)
— Elemental weapon – as non atacking ability it's uncomfortable to cast it before every weapon atack in series. (probably make it toggle or duration about 6-8 sec)
Mages Guild skill line:
— Mage light – actually useful with it's effect of equiping, but skill itself is unnecessary. (make it simple elemental spell like Fireball and possibility to morph it in Lightning or Ice spike so it will become spamable atack)
— Equilibrium — for such risky ability it's too unfair to sacrifice 6000 HP in exchange for only 3000 MP (If 18k HP is average value for most of players exept tanks wich means 6k is one third, than it should restore one third of magicka average value, I think it's about 45k, then you should gain about 15k MP)
Sorcerer skill lines:
— Summon Storm Atronach — well, he's not moving. Exept that all the rest is just fine.
— Summon Twilight Tormentor morph — tormentors are big male twilights with ability to teleport to the enemy, not female version. (Or change name of ability, or redo it to the new form wich will be interesting in my opinion)
— Bound armor – as it is now for bound armaments, bound armor could lasts for 40 sec and increases phys/mag resists after each time you successfully blocking, and in the end by reactivating this skill, explosion will happen around character, that would be awsome!

I have yet to see any dps use streak seriously in a dungeon or overload.
What makes this ability really unattractive is the clunky effekt in terms of animation and timing. Even for those who are way better than me in weaving, this abilities seems to be very hard to weave in properly.Psijic Order skill line:

Cloak is definitely not useless, but it is ultra-bugged as almost everything (even things that are not supposed to) can break it, making cloak VERY unreliable.barbarian340 wrote: »2. Uhm.... what?
Shadow cloak and AoT is a big deal for Nightblades.
Overload and Bolt Escape are also staple sorc skills. Can't say for the other two but I don't play sorc too much.
I use Bolt Escape (Streak actually) on my tank to engage mobs before the DPS can YOLO in and mess it all up.
It's also great for rescuing people, since you can streak out of the trash, stun whatever is causing a problem, taunt it, then streak back to the trash pack before they wake up. Silver Leash works too, but sometimes it's hard to aim through the mobs.
Also, as a sorc tank, encase (Restraining Prison) is about the only root I have available, so...

Overload hits like a freaking truck, restores your magicka and can be buffed with other skills, such as ele weapon. It takes some skill/judgement to not waste it, but few can stand against it in pvp. In pve it goes through long cycles of uselessness/meta, and we all very much miss the third bar it used to give access to.
Mines can be good in pvp if you have good spell damage - you can really make people pay if you use it right. Even for PvE aoe setups its pretty nice. I even use it when I'm sorc healing to give my group Minor Prophecy.
Atronach is pretty much indespensible on most endgame pve sorcs, and the stun and LOS it gives makes it useful even in pvp, while Twilight Tormentor is fantastic on PvE pet sorcs.
Bound armour is nice if you have the bar space for the extra resistances and magicka sustain it gives.
I'm really surprised at the lists people are putting out - I guess it should be a thread about what YOU find useless, and why because most of these would constitute at least "frequently useful" on most player's lists, many even useful regardless of content.
