Looking for the perfect fit (infrequent, casual young moms guild?)

I'm a 31-year-old part-time working mom who only finds time to play when my 10-month-old baby is asleep (sometimes an hour or two at night, and/or an hour here or there during my days at home with him if he goes down for a nap). Sometimes I'll go a day or two without visiting Tamriel!
I enjoy taking my time, exploring, crafting, roleplaying, getting lost in the environment, and helping out as needed in dungeons and quests. My main character is a high elf Templar. I'm looking for a smart, polite, patient, and helpful guild with a sense of humor that would work well for less-than-daily and small chunk playing. Maybe even composed of other mamas! I was thinking of starting my own, but then realized I have no idea how - and obviously I don't have the time!

You mentioned exploration, and crafting and roleplaying, and we're an exploration-focused guild, so we do all of those things, as well as public and private dungeons, questing, and skyshards, and sometimes PVP (you don't have to do PVP, or anything else really). We also do hardcore screwing around, talking about lore, and eating kwama quishes.
We are primarily Ebonheart though, but we do have some Aldmeri players for ya, and me and some of my friends will be making AD characters as well.
We have players both from MMO backgrounds and TES backgrounds, and people who are both (like me, but I'm a bit more TES-ey) and people where this is their first MMO. Also, my friend @Sivuden is very good at crafting (is jealous).
