Stuck in dungeon Q help!

My main character has been stuck in a dungeon queu for 4 days now and I made numerous tickets in game. I cant queu for anything else and it just wont leave.

210207-005937 had to make a new one i couldn’t find the other numbers my bad!
So basically the other day i queued for a random normal for my daily transmute crystals and the q pop. Then i had a instance jump fail and the queu reset. I waited 10/15 mins and then tried cancel but it wouldn’t let me. It was getting late so i just logged off but the next day i logged on and my main was still queued. Again i couldn’t remove it and i cant queu for anything else. Even when i join groups its stays there. Its been 4 days now. Thanks in advance!0 -
Ellimist_Entreri✭✭✭If this is the bug I think it is there is a repeatable fix for this issue with the exact phrasing being provided by Customer Support as follows:
"Please try having another player invite you to group, and then queue as a group for the Dungeon. Once done, check your notifications and see if the option to join the Dungeon becomes available. If it does, decline, and then leave group, which should then allow you to queue as normal."1 -
