Hi, wondering if this issue has happened before and whether it can be fixed soon:
Recently ZoS restored a character I lost due to my account being compromised. I wanted to change the character's name but was met with an error box that merely said: "There was a system error". I submitted a ticket and ZoS manually flagged the character so a rename was required before I could play. I was then asked to respond to the email if I still had issues. I responded to the email immediately as the error still came up (Incident: 210129-002247).
This was last Sunday. It's been a week and ZoS has not responded to me. I have no idea whether they are troubleshooting or if they will fix it. This is my only Level 50 character, so it's been very frustrating to be locked out of the game for a week while I miss Midyear Mayhem/PVE/dailies/crafting/etc. It's especially frustrating as I spent 3,500 Crowns on a Race and Name Change.
I've sent three emails over the past week since 31 January requesting assistance and nothing has changed. Can this be fixed or not?
