No email from support for lodged ticket? - Missing Gold 50 Transmute Geode

I lodged a ticket about my missing gold 50 transmute geode from the top 3-10% in the campaign (only got 1 instead of 2) and never got an email to say my ticket was received.

Do we not get emails for tickets anymore?

Luckily I saved the ticket number before I closed the page (210203-005635) so I can follow it up.

    It wasn’t a /bug report by any chance, was it? Those won’t get a reply.

    The only other thing I can think of is perhaps to check the spam folder. Recently my login access codes have been going to spam, even though I’ve never marked them as such.

    Thanks @ZOS_Adrikoth, I can confirm I have received a reply.

    Just a little feedback - generic copy from the website that doesn't actually address any of the issues in the ticket isn't great customer service. This is the second time I have had a ticket response where it's been generic copy from the website where I have clearly explained the issue and shown that I know all this info and it is SUPER frustrating to have to repeat myself with the information already provided. If it is automated going off key words in the ticket then the automation really needs to be reviewed.

    Like in this case it was literally "how to set a campaign as home and what the campaign rewards are" which clearly I would have known since I said in my ticket that I got a tier 3 reward, a mail about the campaign top 3-10% (so I know how to set a home campaign) and that I'd checked the website (which was the info sent to me!) for the rewards I was entitled to.

    Did you have a "home" campaign on both? I've made that mistake before....

    My home campaign on my main that I got tier 3 and top 3-10% on is Blackreach PS4-NA, which it always has been and for the past two MYM I have received all the correct rewards. I received both in game mails. The tier 3 mail FOR THAT CAMPAIGN had the correct stuff on it. The top 3-10% mail FOR THAT CAMPAIGN had the correct gold and epic items but only had ONE geode on it when it should have had two as per the information ON THE ESO WEBSITE and sent to me by "Elizabeth".

    I should have received three geodes in total for tier 3 and being in the top 3-10% for the campaign. I received two.

    I'm not sure what you mean by "both" and how that's meant to stop me from getting the correct rewards.
