Even if it's basically still accurate, that link doesn't cover the new antiquities siege engines (of course), doesn't give any numbers for siege engine decay and repair, and has one slight inaccuracy in that fancier siege engines now often show up in event reward containers and the like.

Also -- is there a good guide to siege engine placement? I have nothing better than trial and error, and often I have trouble getting a single siege engine down.
