Siege engine numbers?

There are many kinds of siege engines. Is there a clear and reliable guide as to which do how much damage to what? https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/comment/4615013/#Comment_4615013 looks good, but it was written over 3 years ago.
Even if it's basically still accurate, that link doesn't cover the new antiquities siege engines (of course), doesn't give any numbers for siege engine decay and repair, and has one slight inaccuracy in that fancier siege engines now often show up in event reward containers and the like.
Also -- is there a good guide to siege engine placement? I have nothing better than trial and error, and often I have trouble getting a single siege engine down.
