missing twitch drops

Yes i understand how the new twitch drops work you have to go to your drop inventory and claim them. But the expansion reveals items never showed up in that inventory too claim them i checked it 1h 3h 12h and 16h after the live stream and they never showed up. my account is linked cause i've gotten crates before. i watched the stream on PS5 i also checked i was logged in.
is there anything i can do for this? i really would like to have the pet
