Make the Shadowstrike CP Perk Work With Vampire's Feed

As the title says ZOS should make Vampire's Feed passive work with this perk as well. In its current state someone mentioned you need the Dark Brotherhood DLC to even make use of it, but if you threw vampire on it could see more use. Also it'd be really cool to turn invisible and feed on a bunch of bandits with this thing!
