Racials and new CP map

Why not make racial bonuses just start with some bonus points in certain CP categories.
For instance High Elf starts with Tier 3 magicka bonus and maybe one of the random passives such as the AoE oblivion one. That way early on its a nice bonus for your gameplay type, but end game it really has no effect.
While Khajit can start with tier 1 stam tier 1 magicka and maybe pickpocket rarity increase passive. Etc ETc.

✭✭✭✭✭I think that's because the CP system is very overwhelming for players who just completed the tutorial and adding racial passives at lvl50 is a bit late. It's probably also going to be confusing which CPs you can never get refunded and why.
But it would fix the balance issues with racial passives without damaging their narrative purpose of telling people about the race they belong to.This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.0
