Because I buy & run games to play them. Not to skip playing them.
I've got a huge stack of XP scrolls from daily logins sitting in my bank. Because I can't see why I'd want to use them.
(and have never run dolmen circles, or done 'level grinding' runs, or... why the rush to max level, why not play & enjoy your games?)
You are not skipping anything using XP boost. It is like saying that you are skipping game by trading and getting large piles of septims instead of earning them with quests and selling stuff to NPC traders. Game is made of mechanics and stories, XP scrolls does not let you skip any of that.
Rushing to the highest lvl? Well, I was bored and wanted to get to gear cap asap after slowly questing my way to lvl 50. Other people have 18 toons and know all the story content already, so they rush to max lvl.
