PVP Event - Is there an easy way to do this without dealing with the PVP?

I don't understand some of the negative or sarcastic comments about how it's "A PVP event, suck it up" (not a direct quote obviously).
I never said I had an issue with PVP events. I'm not here demanding we get rid of them or calling them stupid, or calling anyone else who does them ugly names. I recognize there are people who do PVP exclusively who don't have near the same level of content us PVErs do, I'm not here trying to cry foul and claim unfair entitlement when a PVP event comes around. I don't really think it's fair to make ugly comments as if I had been here demanding we get rid of PVP or something. If anything it just reinforces the negative opinions people have about PVPers seeing these sort of comments.
I simply said it's anxiety inducing and I needed help being able to complete them in the least-upsetting way. I get stressed in Undaunted Dungeons, I still do those as well because I recognize if I want something I have to go and do it. I recognize here I want this pet and skin, I have to do it, too. I don't think it hurt anyone by asking for help.
Honestly, it's great that you are asking for help!
I'd far rather offer help - having once been a PVE-only player who disliked PVP and only wound up liking it because I tried it out and was welcomed by PVPers - than argue over whether or not we should have PVP events at all as some are prone to doing.
