Billing Problem: Charged Twice for Blackwood

When I pre-ordered the DLC, the website glitched out AFTER charging my credit card. I didn't receive a confirmation email, and the purchase didn't show up on my ESO account. The charge remained "pending" for a couple of days. I ordered the DLC again, and it went through without a problem. I thought the previous charge would be removed since the transaction never completed. However, after a couple of days, the previous charge has now posted, and I have been billed twice for Blackwood.

I'm writing here because the only response I received on my support ticket was "1". That's it.

I have also tried repeatedly to call customer service. Each time, I get a message saying "Your call cannot be completed at this time."
