Can we please get this rich dark red dye that's seen on NPCs?

I've seen this dye appear on several NPCs now. It's a really nice and rich red color, and kind of looks like a darker version of Fire Drake's Flame. Every DLC I'm hoping it'll be released, but so far all new red dyes that are released tend to be very shiny. Can we please get it at some point?

No, Ruby Throne is much darker, almost like dried blood

✭✭WAY too many of the dyes we get are shiny! Even ones in the top and middle sections, which "should" be more matte and semi-gloss kinda are often annoyingly shiny on nearly every fabric!
We seriously need more (and better) dyes that help fill in the massive gaps the system currently has. Especially in the "rich, dark, and not shiny" category!5
