this is minor breach on a world boss, major breach gave same numbers. unless the world boss pen is at 6000, it is breach not working.

✭It was reported that the pen debuffs were not working. Leading to massive dps loss on the dummies, that people associated with the new cp system. It really needs to be fixed fast.PC - EU - France - AD

it happens all the time because a complex application (such as a MMO) is like a old-time watch. Full of gears. Add something there, and it might block the path of a totally unrelated gear in ways you couldn't have possibly predicted !
