Pyr0xyrecuprotite✭✭✭✭✭I've not received any of my items either. They show as claimed in Twitch. Accounts are linked. Nothing has shown up in game.
Same. Claimed pet and crates on Twitch during stream (shows as claimed), but nothing has shown up ingame yet (PC/NA). My accounts have been linked for a few years already. I have definitely logged out and in again a few times already since the stream. Next steps?

Pyr0xyrecuprotite✭✭✭✭✭Does anyone know how to actually get the pet and crate drops ingame, given that I "claimed" these during the twitch stream on Tuesday? I tried relogging and waiting a few days to see if it was just delayed a bit, but haven't got anything yet. Presumably this is well and truly FUBAR'd, at least for some viewers, and needs manual attention to fix.
Update: after putting in a support ticket, ZoS found that my Twitch account (that Twitch shows had been linked for 2 years) was not properly linked to my ESO account. I logged in to the ESO account page, clicked the button to link my Twitch account (a few times, it's a toggle so I made sure it ended in a "linked" state), and immediately got the usual emails to indicate that I had drops. (Confirmed these ingame too). I'm guessing that something broke during the change on the Twitch side, possibly because my ESO and Twitch names are different.Edited by Pyr0xyrecuprotite on February 1, 2021 5:54AM1 -

✭✭I did end up receiving the items the next time I logged out and back in...so I guess that's all it takes. Just odd that those crowns you buy are basically instant
