That is a ZOS typo, btw. Savage Strength never increased a werewolf's armor.
Curious that resistances were nerfed even more, since werewolf doesn't have access to a Purge or Cleanse. Should be much easier to lock them down and nuke and dot them to death now. And the "staggering defenses" referenced are nothing compared to a Thews / Crimson necro Goliath, especially with Emperor or Imperial Physique buffs, or even a permablock DK or warden. Werewolf is giving up a lot of damage to dress for ultraheals..... just like any tank build.

They changed savage strength passive a while ago to grant werewolf its armor.

So you're saying this set buffs itself because Armor is also Physical/Spell Resistance. Interesting.
