Black LOD texture when using depth of field Circular mode on AMD GPU/Win10

As seen on the screenshot. I'm using Radeon 5500 8gb gpu, latest recommended whql drivers and latest Win10 update.

Thanks for that link, but this is not exclusive to the new(er) zones. It happens in the WHOLE game and ONLY under "circular" Depth of field.0
