Black LOD texture when using depth of field Circular mode on AMD GPU/Win10

As seen on the screenshot. I'm using Radeon 5500 8gb gpu, latest recommended whql drivers and latest Win10 update.

We have posted troubleshooting in the thread below for a similar issue other users have had with black textures in ESO.

Everything that has to do with dragonholt is.....Black, like there are no graphics!

Thanks for that link, but this is not exclusive to the new(er) zones. It happens in the WHOLE game and ONLY under "circular" Depth of field.

Can confirm. I have this issue as well using Radeon 5700XT.

5500XT here. So for now we know it's probably AMD GPU related.
