Secret Question Forgotten

I wish everyone a good mood and great luck!

I wanted to change some of my accounts' options so the answer to the secret question was asked. Therefore I tried to remember what actually was the answer. Unfortunately, I was unable to: it was quite a long time ago when I had the forgotten writer as my favourite one. Unfortunately, there is no option to actually change the Secret Question through different means. What am I to do?

Start an account recovery ticket via the Support website, @Nikethemight.

Choose any category that is "closest" to your issue ... and be sure to list the ticket number in your thread here.

I have come back to the game and have the same problem. The only difference here is the secret question asked is one I didn't' make. My secret question was completely different with a different answer. I don't know how this could have happened but it is now blocking me from updating my information.

Please advise.

I have entered a ticket but one of the questions was my secret answer, let's hope it successful. What worry's me is how my secret question got changed ? Has someone tried to hack my account ?
I just wish they would drop the secret question thing, it's old hat. Someone that knows you could to easily guess the answer. They should be using something like the google authenticator in this day and age.
