Nord and orc racial changes backwards?

According to the patch notes, nord, which was in a solid spot, being neither overly powerful or overly weak got...nerfed losing 1360 resistance off their passive and lost access to chilled immunity..which was really useful given the wardern meta

yet orcs who are the go-to stamina damage race got a buff no gaining weapon and spell damage, having their heal increased from 600 to 2.1K and having the proc condition made much wider

simply put...wtf zos, are you trying to turn everybody into hedious green monsters?

    Orc lost 1000 Stamina as well though

    From a pve perspective, just to point out that Orcs are a great choice for stam dps who in pve wear exclusively med armour and that armour got nerfed, so their med armour wearers will do less damage, so at least it's good that the go-to race wasn't nerfed as well.

    Meta Orc builds don’t see any benefit from the Spell Damage. They were nerfed by 1k Stamina to be more in line with the other Stamina DPS races.

    Argonians have terrible ones.

    Most of the races are looking pretty balanced now.

    I'm cheesing over a mag orc, best news from this coming update.

    Redguards are still quite weak in an environment where we are flooded with Stamina sustain.

    Honestly? Why not both: Orcs have good passives AND Argonians have terrible passives.

    Nerf to Nord is also completely unjustified imo.

    Increased damage with Weapon abilities could do the trick
