According to the patch notes, nord, which was in a solid spot, being neither overly powerful or overly weak got...nerfed losing 1360 resistance off their passive and lost access to chilled immunity..which was really useful given the wardern meta
yet orcs who are the go-to stamina damage race got a buff no gaining weapon and spell damage, having their heal increased from 600 to 2.1K and having the proc condition made much wider
simply put...wtf zos, are you trying to turn everybody into hedious green monsters?
And they are better healers now than Argonians lol (Swift Warrior also gives spell dmg now)...Orc lost 1000 Stamina as well though
