Are there going to be any changes to BfB and Arterial Burst in this round of PTS?

I hope so.
I don't have much hope of reversing the heal change on BfB (seems like ZOS is deadset on Vampires being unhealable), but I am at least hoping that perhaps Arterial Burst is made into a ranged skill, so that I can be the Vampire Mage that I want to be.
