You are adding more HP into the game, adding more base mitigation and adding more mitigation to heavy armour, which is already the meta in PvP currently (21% mitigation for 7 heavy). Now, instead of fighting 40k hp Wardens, we will fight 50k hp Wardens, they will have more mitigation due to the heavy armour changes (21% to be exact), more hp, more max stats (resulting in more heals) whilst still retaining the same proc sets and damage they currently have on live (no adjustments to Malacath or proc sets). The "nerf" to Alessian has done nothing as you barely reach the new cap anyway and % modifiers such as Major/Minor fortitude remain the same.

Not only will this make CP PvP completely unplayable, it will also greatly affect No CP PvP as the extra stats, hp and mitigation is being added as a base to all characters and not connected to the CP system.

Please reconsider the changes you have proposed ZoS otherwise PvP will be completely unplayable.

I was always so happy to avoid the CP imbalance in no CP, now it comes right to us.
The health gained from CP and now through base stats, is a lot more than the potential damage gained from magicka and stamina. So this already makes people harder to kill.

The 1k spell and weapon damage after modifiers is less than the 15% base mitigation everyone gains now. Let us not even talk about heavy armor.

Yea, it will be a plague. There are some interesting things here, though I think pvp will become even slower and no CP will no longer be a semi escape from that.

    Trinimac is my shield,
    Magnus is my mind.

To add to this, you have nerfed Nord (and righly so) whilst also buffing Imperial. This will only result in people switching to Imperial to crutch on an extra 6% block and roll cost reduction. This coupled with the recent buffs to well-fitted and sturdy will only make these two far easier to sustain, resulting in fights lasting forever due to near-infinite block and roll dodge.

Imperial is fine where it is.

If you're salty about Roll-Dodge ask ZOS to nerf Well-Fitted since that's the main driver of its spam.

I think you also missed an important part. They have heavily nerfed penetration (mainly physical one) by converting the percentages into flat values. So if more health was a problem, well don't worry you wont do the same damage =)
