I am really hoping for ZOS redemption arc to start now.
The new CP system looked promising in many ways and actually kind of fun. Definitely an improvement.
New server hardware is good to hear and I hope they learned their lesson from last time.
The new story sounds kind of meh, but it looks differently enough from Oblivion. Also the Argonian spin on it is probably going to make it feel very new. Q4 is the Deadlands themselves!
New PvP performance test disables proc sets, which I can't complain about. Cross-group healing is also coming back.
Companions have a lot more depth to them than I thought, you can level them up and there are hints about potential romance options.
The odds of Crown crates will now get disclosed in the help section of the game, which is good.
The morpholith might just be a pet rock, but you can "morph the pet into a house", which is a sentence I never thought I'd hear...

Overall this sounds very very promising. Now only the accompanying balance patches need to be good and I feel ZOS has gotten back on track.

Not really enough to judge whether it's going to be worth it IMHO. Lots of pretty artwork but not a lot of content for the new zone in the stream. Hopefully not a pattern that'll repeat in the actual story!

Companions sound like they could be a nightmare unless restricted in uses/places. I don't want to tank through three companions, two daedroths, a load of pets and the odd accidentally spawned merchant, and I dread to think what they'd be like in trials - especially if you can use them in dungeons and trials to park all the group sets on (ebon, hircines,worms etc), which would drastically unbalance the game.
