Who can guess this build?
1. This person hits hard. I'm assuming he/she wears Balorgh but cannot guess the rest of the gear set. What do you guys think?
2. How was this person able to cast TWO ULTIMATES in such a short amount of time? (Destro ult and Dawnbreaker)

Or he and his buddy could be running Arkasis.4 -

BaiterOfZergs✭✭✭✭✭I might be out of touch but I don’t see any scenario outside of emp where you’d be able to cast the destro ult and then pop a dawnbreaker in a short period of time. Maybe akaviri dragon guard, Bloodspawn and potentates but that doesn’t seem too ideal.

FirmamentOfStars✭✭✭✭✭There is a 5 sec delay between the cast of the two ultimates. Which means base ult regen restored 15 ult points in that time.
Dawnbreaker costs around 120 ult points. So we are missing around 100 ult points.
The set arkasius genius restores like 45 ult points when drinking a potion. This effect also counts for buddies in your group. So a group of two people both using that set and chugging a potion would give like 90 ult points back.
If the guy already got one kill in that time frame, his dawnbreaker ult for sure is ready again, even without the kill, his ult should be almost ready. Any passive proc or set proc additional to arkasis would be enough.

✭✭✭✭✭No CP. Person in organized group. Dead Water + dead PuGs (with a couple KBs vis spin2win) by the group's bomb will get a cheap ulti like Dawnbreaker up.1 -

✭✭If I started with enough ultimate to drop colossus, my stamcro could generate enough ultimate to drop a dawnbreaker in that time. Ditto for my sorc, drop a dawnbreaker while Atro is still up. I think it is possible with a sorc to build enough ultimate generation or cost reduction to have two Atros up and overlapping for a short period.

Since the attacker is a sorc, their DB will be even cheaper, like 107 I believe.
I've played a build that can do the same things listed. As others have mentioned the final recap that ZOS provides is not always a linear timeline. But the bottom line is if the player gets enough kills with the destro bomb + whirlwind execute, then they'll have a DB available quickly for any mop up.
One could run Balorgh + VD front bar + clever alch back bar + 1 trainee + mythic (snow treaders or wild hunt) as primarily a stam sorc and still have a strong bomb with good damage.- PC/NA

Build shown with stats while bombing (balorgh at 250 ult and clever alch proc): 5k wd, 12.5k phys pen, 14k spell pen. This would be done within an organized group though, not really a solo build with lower healing potential and 18k resists.- PC/NA

ThePedge✭✭✭✭✭Arkasis, Dead-Waters, Bloodspawn, all give easy ultimate.
He probably got kills with destro Ult and spin to win giving him Ult.
Can't see timestamps but if we assume his Destro ended, last 3 ticks hit you, then he Dawnbreakered. Could be 11 seconds between the two ultimate casts.
He could have easily got Ult from sets or killed up to 5 people with Destro and Spin2win which would give him Dawnbreaker.Edited by ThePedge on January 19, 2021 12:24PM0 -
