Undaunted - An ultimate idea

Greetings,
I have recently reached max. undaunted level with Undaunted and while browsing Mages Guild, Fighters Guild and Psijic i noticed that Undaunted is the only skill tree with active skills that does not yet have an ultimate ability. Which is weird - considering how long those skills have been in the game and all.

This morning i talked to three friends and we brainstormed a bit of how we could design an ultimate fitting the undaunted. We all came to the conclusion that it should be something team-based but something that should NOT affect PVP to avoid PVP players having to grind Undaunted. Also a few of use thought that a focus on 4 and 12 dungeon groups should be the goal to go to and that it should work on synergy behaviour.

Well, long story short: Here is what we came up with.

WILL OF THE UNDAUNTED (cost: 250 ultimate)
The character will let out a loud call to arms which will rally nearby allies for combat. For ten seconds nearby allies will receive Major Slayer and Major Aegis increasing the damage dealt to dungeon monsters by 10% while also reducing the damage taken from them by 10%.If an ally activates this abilities "TRULY UNDAUNTED" synergy the duration of this spell is increased by 50%.

UNDAUNTED HEROISM (morph#1)
While active, if an ally uses any allied unit's synergy while active this will grant them Minor Heroism.

RALLYING THE UNDAUNTED (morph #2)
While active, synergies placed by Undaunted abilities can be activated up to two times by each player before triggering a cooldown.

That's it. A short brainstorming. What do you think? Something that might work out?

    but we have minor aegis and minor slayer on all of the trial sets allread dont we? so we have it permanently, why should we use an ultimate in the first place.
    the minor heroism could be neat, but then again i dont think it will be more usefull than warhorn or colossi.

    also i dont get what you mean by "if an ally activates this abilities" which abilities? the undaunted ones?
    so if some one uses will of the undaunted, and i press mystic orb, the minor slayer/aegis is doubled?

    i totally think that the undaunted line should have an ultimate, but an ultimate that is worth slotting. not something that is "meh" because you get it on your char permanently via setboni. i mean sets like false god, roaring opportunist, vicious ohpidian, relequen, galanwe, yolnakrin, alkosh, kynes will, olorime, siroria all have minor slayer/aegis on it.

    First and foremost, the idea of an undaunted ulti is good, and I'd welcome the it, maybe.

    Next, personally I think it should have some use is pvp, but not the point of it being OP. What I mean is that the undaunted skill line is, in a sense, a pve equivalent to the alliance war skill lines. And many pve tanks, healers, and dps's have had to grind out AP for warhorn, barrier, vigor, etc. It would make sense. And no, grinding undaunted isn't any more difficult than grinding alliance war.

    For the ability itself, I haven't a clue of what it could be. It would have to be a synergy though, one that could be used by multiple ppl. Maybe it can give ppl major courage, or major berserk, or major something.

    I mean, vigor, barrier, and war horn can still be used for pve. Don't see why this should be different unless you specifically just don't feel like grinding it.

    if ZOS would implement an Ultimate, it would be awesome in my opinion, if they use the role assignment tool.

    The ultimate would impact different roles with different buffs. to elaborate further on your proposal:

    Will of the undaunted
    Buffs players depending on their currently selected role. Tanks gain Major Aegis, DDs gain Major Slayer, healers gain Major Mending (so they dont have to HA for it during the duration)

    further id like it to apply a general debuff, which prevents to gain will of the undaunted again for a set period of time. I propose this so that the undaunted ultimate doesnt get spammed and can be paired with warhorn, colossus, barrier.

    the morphs could add a synergy to the ultimate, which could extend the duration for each player pressing the synergie. that would mean that in trial and pvp groups of 12 have a bigger impact than 4 mal dungeon groups.
