I have recently reached max. undaunted level with Undaunted and while browsing Mages Guild, Fighters Guild and Psijic i noticed that Undaunted is the only skill tree with active skills that does not yet have an ultimate ability. Which is weird - considering how long those skills have been in the game and all.
This morning i talked to three friends and we brainstormed a bit of how we could design an ultimate fitting the undaunted. We all came to the conclusion that it should be something team-based but something that should NOT affect PVP to avoid PVP players having to grind Undaunted. Also a few of use thought that a focus on 4 and 12 dungeon groups should be the goal to go to and that it should work on synergy behaviour.
Well, long story short: Here is what we came up with.
WILL OF THE UNDAUNTED (cost: 250 ultimate)
The character will let out a loud call to arms which will rally nearby allies for combat. For ten seconds nearby allies will receive Major Slayer and Major Aegis increasing the damage dealt to dungeon monsters by 10% while also reducing the damage taken from them by 10%.If an ally activates this abilities "TRULY UNDAUNTED" synergy the duration of this spell is increased by 50%.
UNDAUNTED HEROISM (morph#1)
While active, if an ally uses any allied unit's synergy while active this will grant them Minor Heroism.
RALLYING THE UNDAUNTED (morph #2)
While active, synergies placed by Undaunted abilities can be activated up to two times by each player before triggering a cooldown.
That's it. A short brainstorming. What do you think? Something that might work out?
