Just got ripped off 3000 crowns buying Mages guild skill line

Paid 3000 crowns got nothing in return. Mages guild still at level 4. I can be patient with game bugs but not getting totally ripped of of my hard earned REAL money.

✭Reporting via support tickets often does not actually get a reply. I have tried with various bugs myself, and often don't even get a reply - then I discover that they've been "closed" or put in the "feedback" pile without ever actually being fixed, without ever generating a report.
Fix your bug reporting system, as well as fixing the actual bugs!1
