Well Magicka would be a great choice if you're looking for RP but also have a few other guilds you manage. We RP in guild chat, so you don't need to worry about joining up in game all the time to get your RP fix like some guilds, and while we are fairly large and active, I and the moderators try to take care of managing the guild so the regular members have nothing to worry about.

We are a cross alliance guild on the NA server with plenty of Pact members, we love khajiit (nothing wrong with a werewolf one at that) and argonians, we aren't specifically vampire/werewolf, we aren't based around faith (although we are quite knowledgeable about the divines and the daedric princes), we don't serve THAT kind of roleplay (although some members have been known to get a little crazy when they drink), and we're more than laid back enough to accommodate unpredictable schedules.
