Well Harrowstorms and Dolmens are not a part of end game pve, it is easy, overland content (where ppl already agreed that crashes and lags are far less obnoxious). Ppl mainly have crashes problem in group dungeons, trials and pvp where players actually tries to synergize their buffs, ults, have rotations and try to do some actual hard stuff. Delves or public dungeons are also part of overland.
[snip] zenimax admits that it is mostly on their end (thats why we got "year of performance" and thats why Firor in his letter admit that they will add less content this year to fix problems ON THEIR END). If you try to force this statement "problems in eso are caused mostly because players have potato computers/net connection" then maybe try to do it in game which developers didn't admit that they have performance problems in their product.
PC NA - had the last 3 weeks off due to work closing for the xmas period so I've been playing a lot more than my usual amount and haven't had a single crash over the 3 weeks.....
Really have to wonder how much of it is to do with people's addons, hardware or other software (CE maybe)?

What content do you participate in? I and my groups experience more/all our crashes in group content. Just over the weekend, I've had crashes (or had people in my group crash) in SCP HM, vSS HM, vAS+2, vMoL.
As I noted in my previous post, in vet Scalecaller Peak, all of us crashed. We made it to final boss with no issues and then, once we were there and activated HM, issues started. A dps crashed. We stopped DPS so as not push Zaan. Then the other dps crashed so it ended up being a wipe. Restart, pull, healer crashes. Wait for healer to log in, pull, tank crashes. Try again. Healer crashes again. We work through it, get Zaan almost to execute, both dps crash. Very similar to the issue that was happening with Caluurion in Fang Lair (what's going on with Dragon Bones dungeons, ZoS).
Today I crashed at the gahtwood tree waypoint.
Now the game crashes whenever I try to run it. Graphics go crazy and I get a box that says:
Critical error (physics)
Pending data load error (4104939 - c000000000483bf)
It will not run. Any suggestions? The search of the knowledge base brings back nothing.

Where were you in the game?

Same exact thing today. Woohoo!Where were you in the game?
Yesterday I was at the bank in Vivec City. Today I'm on a different character in the crafting area in Vulkhel Guard.
PC/NA fwiw. Both are the mysterious "An error occurred" messages.

These are the sort of untypical situations outside of Cyrodiil, Trials and Dungeons where I do think it is reasonable to expect players to look at things other than the server stability. I'm not saying that there's no chance that such crashes could be down to ZOS, merely that they are very different to the typical performance issues players report in competitive content and which ZOS acknowledge they are working on, and therefore a more open mind is warranted as to why such issues are occurring.
