As a side note, they really need to develop the World skill line because for some reason they left in a passive that does 2k damage on a 2 MINUTE cooldown and a free revive every...hour 6 years into the game's lifetime. Any reasonable person could see that this skill line is the perfect place to put both Rapids and Vigor while also putting in new skills for Assault.
Something along these lines seems like a really good idea to me. All toons need rapids for exploring the world, and stam toons need a heal option more readily obtainable.
No, they want rapids. I have rapids available for all my characters and only use it for Cyrodiil. I remember form other threads quite a few other players mentioning they also do not use rapids outside of PvP.
MMOs need three things to survive. New content, players repeating content and players participating in a variety of content.
Some of the best gear for PvP is locked behind PvE and RNG for a reason. It is healthy for the long term. Same reason some skills good for PvE are locked behind PvP. Good for the long term health of the game.
It's real simple...There should be no skillllines available to PvP that aren't readily available to PvE players who have neither the time not inclination to engage in PvP. "But if we don't have skills lines obtainable ONLY through PvP, then no one will play!" the PvP camp whines. Ther are ALWAYS people who will want to go the PvP route. If it's not folks find it unpalatable, is says more about the ability (or inability) of ZOS to provide a balanced and coherent PvP format.

Excuse me, but running around the location in search of rifts can hardly be called PVE.
It is very literally the player Vs environment... What would you call it?

PvB, Player vs. Boredom. Does anyone enjoy grinding out the Psijic skill line?

😂 Well said sir! I am halfway through doing it for the 8th time... I didn't actually mind it the first few times. Mages guild is the worst thing I've ever done and I hate undaunted... I think my hate for undaunted is probably controversial...

I'm guessing ZOS would like to see you buy the boring skill lines for crowns, eh?
