I've made many tickets now but all I get is the same response. "check if you are elgilible" when I constantly write that I already bought eso plus months ago I even have items in my crafting bag, but yet when i got on 2 days ago once again it says 30d 0hours remaining till I can gift. I checked again and it says the same thing 30days 0h remaning. Please fix this I've contacted support multiple time but no one seems to understand my issue (even though other people are having the same issue). I've done my research and YES i've bought eso plus months ago yet the gifting feature is still broken for me. 210101-001677 is my ticket number please help ^^,

Just an FYI, creating multiple tickets for the same issue slows down the process. it pushes everything to the end of the queue so you are hurting yourself. The same thing occurs when "updating" a ticket if Zos has not replied. This is not unusual for ticket systems with gaming companies.

@ZOS_BillE or one of their colleagues will be able to check on the ticket to make sure your ticket is in the correct queue and may be able to provide a status.

    Good luck.

The initial response is always an auto-response based on my experience. You do need to reply to that auto-response as it states if they do not hear from you during the next X hours or days they will consider the issue resolved.

Again, BillE or one of their sidekicks will hopefully see this thread and respond with an update for you.

The unfortunate part is CS seems to still be very backed up. I think they still have a notice posted on the website. It was a two week backup at one point, depending on which queue the ticket was in.

BillE has been tagged and they or one of their colleagues may be able to help you find out the status.

Again, good luck with getting this resolved.
