How would you improve the crown store?

Get rid of crown crates and gems put everything up for just crowns and I mean everything no time limited sales with stuff disappearing for months or years on end.

Other than that add a to convert crowns in to vouchers that can be sold on guild traders, someone buys the voucher uses it and it adds the amount of crowns to their account.

I still don't understand why there is not an in game method for selling crowns for gold. Most likely would increase crown sells, as more people would use a secure method , thereby increasing demand. Seems like a very obvious oversight on their part.

(Half the stuff on the store should be outright destroyed, prices lowered, etc but I don't see flying pigs)

1) Reduce the price of everything by 50%.
2) Add most stuff to the store full time except for a few seasonal items that are tied to real seasonal holidays.
3) Allow most items to be bind on equip.
4) Create Crown Vouchers that can be bought for crowns and traded to players and placed on guild stores to allow safer hassle free trading of crowns for gold.

Crown Crates:
5) Allow the purchase of a random Radiant Apex Mount crate for 4000 gems based on its season. The radiant apex mounts would only be available this way for mounts whose season ended more than 2 years ago. So the Hollowjack mounts would be the last ones currently available until the 2 year mark for the end of the Xanmeer crate season which is the end of the first quarter of 2021. Then those mounts would be added to the store the same way.

For example If you wanted Galvanic Storm Steed from the Scalecaller season you would purchase the " Random Scalecaller Radiant Apex Mount" crate for 4000 gems. You have a 1 in 3 chance of getting that specific mount but a 100% chance of getting a radiant apex from that season. If you already own the other two than you have a 100% chance of getting that specific mount. So the most this item will cost you is 12k gems.

If you really wanted the Planemeld Courser from the New Moon season you would know right now that it would be available to purchase with gems in mid December of this year. You could plan on saving those gems.

6) Allow crown crates to be tradable in player trades and on guild stores for gold.

7) Make crown crate items bind on equip and allow them to be tradable on guild stores.

funny..or sad? how in overall so many things for crowns are overpriced and then look at EU server where I bet atleast haf of players are from poorer countries for which just ESO+ might be 2-5x expensive than for average NA player, or from germany etc

it is just sad how ZOS needed to put their prices to have minimum sales for items while they could makeliterally same money oif not more if they lowered prices and so maked many crown store things accessiable for so much more players
(just look at gold-crown ratio on NA and EU server,,,for eu since begining it was on average 2x more costly in gold for crown than on NA because of less people who can affort buying crowns at all to get not so much at all)
