However, you can be designated as a guild master even if you are already the leader of another guild. At least it has worked that way in the past. I found myself to be the guildmaster of 2 guilds that I did not create, plus the guild I started, when the founders quit the game after Morrowind.

I know someone leading 3 very successfully and we'll know. But my circumstances are different. My commitments to each guild would wiegh differently.
Note: I ended up getting account. If nothing else double chances on impossible events to collect it all like the undaunted.
