If you're co-opping with a family member, you might have them lead one guild while you lead the other. My sister and I did this to create a couple of storage guilds for all the assorted things we otherwise have no room for. Mostly motif chapters. Which I seriously wish we could combine into books once we have one of each chapter...

This. You would also create a second rank that would have every possible ability available, outside of what the leader cannot grant to others.

However, how a serious guild leader is unable to give their full attention to leading one guild if they are leading two guilds.

I know someone leading 3 very successfully and we'll know. But my circumstances are different. My commitments to each guild would wiegh differently.

Note: I ended up getting account. If nothing else double chances on impossible events to collect it all like the undaunted.

You cannot create a guild if you are already a guild master.

However, you can be designated as a guild master even if you are already the leader of another guild. At least it has worked that way in the past. I found myself to be the guildmaster of 2 guilds that I did not create, plus the guild I started, when the founders quit the game after Morrowind.

Something must have changed at some point, then.

When the game hit console, my friends and I created guilds in each alliance for the purpose of guild bank storage. I created one and two friends created the other two. Over time, most our friends stopped playing so the original three bank creators kept their created bank as a personal storage bank and left the other two to join active guilds.

Fast-forward to two years ago, when the GM of my favorite guild (that I had become Vice-GM of) decided to pass me the Crown to become GM and he'd step back as Vice-GM so he could focus more on game achievements and less on guild management. Because I was already the creator and GM of what had now become my personal guild bank storage guild, he could not pass me the Crown for his guild.

Ultimately, I ended up inviting one of his old alt accounts to my guild so I could Crown him as GM (we have years of trust so I had no worries he'd raid my personal storage or anything). Only then could he pass the Crown for The PTK's to me.
PS5 NA. GM of The PTK's - a free trading guild (CP 500+). Also a werewolf, bites are free when they're available. PSN = DragonRacer13

You need an alt account like others have stated. Plus a good drink for those fun nights, trying to get your discord running right and your websites updated.

It always takes several good friends to create a successful guild but yes you can create one for each alt account. Have fun.
