    ZoS used to have really good support. I played since launch of the base game and up to this year? It was really good, they were were helpful and friendly with any issue i had. And whenever i wanted a crownstore item i missed due to IRL circumstances? They'd be glad to help me out considering I am there wanting to give them money for something. Now? Every item is limited time anymore even items they didn't say were limited. ( like the durzog mount i was planning to buy only to see it gone the moment i got my crowns and no warning it was limited time.) Whats worse is they do not bring any of their limited time stuff back.

    I suspect it has to do with big daddy microsoft coming in and enforcing new cooperate policy since ZoS is all but absent in all communications anymore and they don't wanna upset their megacorp owners by admitting it.

    The thing I find hilarious about putting the blame on covid and working from home is that I started working remotely from home 7 years ago. My production, reaction time to clients, and business overall went up. Working from home simply made me more efficient in every category.

    I rarely need customer support, but i have used it a few times, none in the last year. I don't recall ever having a bad experience with customer service which means it was satisfactory or better.
