Adding "period" to the end of a claim doesn't make it any more true. Period.

    Watch:

Tbagging is not bullying. Period. It is silly and harmless. Period. People should ignore it and move on. Period.
You are the only one saying ban

Uh no. You very specifically said you think tbaggers should be removed from all online interaction. That is you very unambiguously calling for bans.

I'm intrigued by the notion some are expressing that the fact that the game has a mature rating justifies players acting immaturely. Most defenders/practitioners of teabagging acknowledge that it is immature.

If people are doing this then I would question if they are also mature enough to be playing online , people should be able to come online of any age and be able to play in a safe environment, I would say that with a statement like yours you are a person doing said grieving
Same goes for people who are concerned about others doing it to the point they want ban for them.

You are the only one saying ban

So what are You saying ?

Agreed on the first part, but disagree on the second part - the game is rated M for mature and online interactions since always were "unsafe". This is the nature of the internet. And the third one is wrong as well, but I see why you would assume that.

I'm sorry but the mature rating does not include griefing.

Pretty sure tbagging isn't griefing. [snip]

Oh my skin is mighty thick and I don't care what others do in general. But, t-bagging is griefing and or bullying period. Whether a player should just ignore it, or just report it and move on is immaterial.

First sentence here is contradicted by next ones.

Rofl... You're just reading it wrong.

I don't have to be upset to point out that someone is breaking the TOS. In fact I'm always rather amused with people that try to justify the behavior.

M rating stands for mature content in the game. It is not connected to players behaviours in any shape or form. M rated games are free to have immature behaviours in them. When it comes to rating though funnily enough one of the aspects for T rating which is under M rating is having crude humor which t-bagging is for some people.

Yes, it does stand for mature content, not immature content. However, by all means try and explain what is humorous about t-bagging.

By all means try to explain how players behaviours make content itself immature. Players behaviours are not a part of the game content that is being rated by ESBR.

Off-color humor (also known as vulgar humor or crude humor) is humor that deals with topics that may be considered to be in poor taste , overly vulgar or rude. Many comedic genres (including jokes, prose, poems, black comedy, blue comedy, insult comedy, cringe comedy and skits) can incorporate vulgar elements. And this type of humor is allowed in the games with age restrictions 13+. That being said when players are doing it it's not a part of the rating system. Still ESO is online game for adults so growing thicker skin would be reccomended.

Why is anyone getting worked up enough about tbagging to post about it on the forums? There are many legitimate types of harassment that go on in online games, but someone crouching on your corpse? Really?

People need to grow some thicker skin.

This is exactly saying that people shouldn't take sexual harassment so personally. T-bagging is exactly that, if you don't think so, look up the definition of it, you are completely ignorant to think otherwise.

We've now had threads with people both calling digital tbagging equivalent to real world sexual harrassment, and calling for the government to legislate "unfun pvp" all within 24 hours.

Quarantine is clearly frying people's brains for so many to be this out of touch with reality.
No I said that anyone that griefs online should be removed that is any online content

That is the very definition of a ban. You very specifically said tbaggers should be banned and now are trying to claim that you didn't.

[snip]

If it isn’t grief that what would you call it a sign of affection

No? It's just someone messing around.

Griefing means they are directly affecting your gameplay. And t bagging does not do that. Sorry to say.

Griefing means they are directly affecting your gameplay. And t bagging does not do that. Sorry to say.

    That’s you’re interpretation

A griefer or bad faith player is a player in a multiplayer video game who deliberately irritates and harasses other players within the game (trolling), using aspects of the game in unintended ways.[1] A griefer derives pleasure primarily or exclusively from the act of annoying other users, and as such is a particular nuisance in online gaming communities. To qualify as griefing, a player must be using aspects of the game in unintended ways to annoy other players—if they are trying to gain a strategic advantage, it is instead called "cheating".

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Griefer

Interpretations of the definition aside, typically griefing has some sort of a direct negative impact on gameplay related progression of the victim.

    Yikes, here we go again.
Just ignore kiddos who are tbging you; i got during my emp days and pvp days houndreds of tbgs some friendly some not...
    I even got messages like:
That the other player would like to kill me in Rl etc...

Besides that topic here remembers me on another forumhero who said few weeks ago:
Someone asked for a Vampire bite today. By the time I logged on my Vampire and got to the shrine they had already gotten bitten by someone else. So, trying to be nice, I asked in zone if anyone wanted a bite.

Someone replied and a few minutes later we were at the shrine. I clicked X and the animation started, and I noticed him doing something strange. I don't want to say what it was but it ended up altering the animation so he was left standing instead of kneeling as I bit him. You can use your imagination to figure out what that simulated.

I whispered him that was a pretty dirty thing to do and he said yea kinda. No apology, nothing.

I know this was just my character, but was it? I felt personally violated and wish I had reported it. I only remember part of his name or I would.

I don't know what has happened to our community when people think they it's ok to do such a lewd act to anyone, let alone someone doing them a favor. Because of this I will only bite people I know from now on.

People just get whiny about Non-Sense, dont you guys have other problems ?
Just release if you get killed (no tbg can happen if you fast enough), tap out let the person have his fun come back release.
    Or just IGNORE it.
God damn - i love people who claim to be grown up but get upset about stuff which is the most redundant ever.

Yes it looks maybe "explicit" (srsly the game is above 16 and it can have "sexual content", even stated on Steam, despite i never seen any sexual Conent except the glorious lusty argonian maid) and yes its inmature but whatever - if you feel insulted by it then pls consider playing something else.

And pls dont come across "That you feel humiliated abused" whatsoever - your CHA on the screen are fictional Pixels, if you feel humiliated cause your Pixels got hurt virtually then im really sorry for you.
