Is it possible to create low level mythic item?

Just to be sure, did anyone try it out? I want to get ring of wild hunt on my lvl 5 char, after I research the sfit trait, so that i can give it later to my other small chars. Does it work so? Don't want to waste swift trait stone on my small char otherwise.

I think I remember that the mythics are all set at CP 160. I could be wrong - but then. I don't have any use for them myself, and I'm certainly not into twinking for pvp.

No, it doesn't. Mythic items can only be reconstructed at cp160.

Now if you level up antiquity on an low level alt optionally bought the skill for him. You could dig it up on an low level alt and it should be low level.
Unless its an lock here too, know people has bought low level monster helmets from the golden and then gotten the shoulders.

I'm fairly sure you get a CP160 regardless of character level.

You can't get low lvl golden vendor gear. It's always max lvl.
But you could do vet dungeons on low lvl chars. And before the undaunted banking system you would have to use the undaunted event to get the fitting shoulder.
But that was fixed.
I haven't tried low lvl mythic grind tho, but I don't want to do it either. I'm pretty sure they are max lvl on drop tho since you can only find them 3 times overall. Before stickerbook you would have low cp/lvl mythics that would have been useless later on

You're right, @OlumoGarbag, those monster shoulders are nice for leveling ... but I don't have high hopes ZOS will bring them back during an event (much less allow mythics below CP160).

You don't need to wait for the event anymore. Undaunted keys can now be banked, so you can buy shoulders on any lvl you like

I would guess that ZOS removed Rapid Maneuver from rank 2 and pushed it to rank 5 to keep lowbies from obtaining it easily. There would be no reason for them to allow a level 1 Ring of the Wild Hunt be craftable/dropped. It appears to me that they felt people were moving through content too fast with the speed buff.

I think its a load of rotten food, so do many others but that is what we get.

As has been said, you can’t reconn mythics to lower levels. I did check it out as I thought RotH might be fun but honestly, I am glad that they cannot be; “mythic” items should inly be useable by powerful characters and then too I don’t think it would be reasonable to allow such items in under-50 PvP.
